SoftSols Group can now offer a different level of service depending on your specific requirements. Launched in April 2002, we would like to introduce the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Service Plans*. Customers can take advantage of the enhanced Service Plans at any time by paying a reasonable upgrade cost.

Service Plan options include:

Unlimited help desk support
Online, 'dial-up' support
Annual, on-site upgrade
Customer service care (bi-monthly)

Direct line access to your Account Manager
