SoftSols Group can also provide and install hardware and operating software where you require a full Turnkey installation at competitive rates.

The above service is chargeable (price to be agreed locally between the SoftSols Group partner and the customer), but is refundable on receipt of an order.

IIS (Initial Installation Survey)

Each SoftSols Group partner has extensive knowledge of the product and installation procedure. With this knowledge and experience, the IIS package provides:

Full documentation on the installation of the software and in some cases, hardware
Comprehensive details on using the product help desk facilities
An introduction to the software for key personnel
Training planning / scheduling
Project planning
Follow up visits to ensure success
