How you could use the help desk module:

The IMPACTxp maintenance and facilities management solution has been designed in a modular format, allowing users to pick and choose a dedicated system to match their requirements. The help desk module has been specifically designed to allow non-technical staff to log new problems and to give management easy access to key performance statistics through standard IMPACTxp 'drill down' graphical reports.

All types of call handling can be accommodated from a traditional telephone driven help desk, to self-reported faults by customers and plant operators using email or a simple web browser form. In all cases IMPACTxp allows user-defined screens to be configured to make the reporting process as simple as possible whilst ensuring all relevant information is captured accurately.
