matrix launches support handbook
Matrix Resource Management are delighted to announce the
addition of another tool to its already expansive
IMPACTxp support network.
The Handbook is a quality, comprehensive guide to all the
support facilities available to Matrix customers. It includes an outline of the
organization itself and the support services it offers, including the Help Desk,
extensive training packages and a breakdown of additional options such as hand
held devices, project management, report writing and optional modules.
The Support Handbook also includes a quick reference
section, detailing the quickest and easiest ways for customers to access all
these support services.
Copies of the Handbook have already been delivered to
Matrix's existing customers in the UK and overseas. They are also accessible
through all Matrix support engineers, who will carry copies of the Handbook for
reference as they travel around the country.
