investors in people success second time running

Soft Solutions, the development string of SoftSols Group has attained the coveted Investors in People (IIP) for a second time running after undergoing a stringent reassessment.

Soft Solutions was first recognized as an IIP in 1999. Through modifying and updating their training and development procedures they have managed to surpass the IIP Assessors' requirements during the recent reassessment.

Soft Solutions was praised for its ongoing commitment to staff, supportive and approachable managers, in house development and steady business growth within a competitive environment.
