Profile:

SoftSols (North America) functions primarily as the importer of IMPACTxp for the North American market. The Group is able to serve all four time zones in North America and offer timely service to our entire market.

My responsibilities (and commitment) to SoftSols Group is to grow this market to significant levels, offering North American customers complete support of IMPACTxp, including implementation, training and annual support services. Identifying and penetrating specific vertical markets will accomplish this.

The appointment of new Application Implementation Partners within geographical regions of these specific vertical markets, as well as further development of existing AIP's in North America will give our customers a local support team. SoftSols Group serves the global community and is well represented by its own infrastructure of subsidiaries as well as a network of authorized AIP partners and Dealers.

As we develop opportunities within North America with other global companies, SoftSols Group will benefit by the sharing of opportunities between these various marketing groups.

These indeed are trying times for all industries, but equally as exciting. I look forward to growing with SoftSols Group and helping the Group to become a global leader in the maintenance and facilities management market.
