£500,000 insurance win for Matrix

MATRIX Resource Management Ltd has won a £500,000 contract with leading home assistance claims handler, Home Hotline Ltd, to supply them with its IMPACTxp software system.

Home Hotline, based in Preston, UK handles over 250,000 claims a year on behalf of its partners. The company operates 24 hours a day every day and deploys a range of specialist trades people including plumbers, electricians and gas engineers to customers needing emergency assistance.

Home Hotline use the IMPACTxp software solution provided by Matrix to handle and deploy claims, aiming to ensure that the customer is contacted within 15 minutes and its specialist tradesmen are deployed within two hours. A sharp expansion in the number of claims being handled by Home Hotline, reflecting the ongoing success of its parent company Home Service, had led to the requirement for a complete new system to enable the continuation of an effective and efficient service.
